
Welcome to my side of the internet, I’m Amy.
I’m a mom of three, a business owner, and someone who believes life is meant to be lived outside, moving, exploring, and growing.
This is a space where I share the things that help me stay grounded, strong, healthy and present in the middle of a very full life.
At home I’m raising three kids (16, 10, 7) full-time, coaching volleyball, running two businesses, and trying to soak up the fleeting years of my kids childhood before they’re gone. You’ll often find us outside hiking, trail running, exploring nature, or just wandering somewhere new together.
But my health and fitness journey has also been a big part of my story.
For years my weight and health went up and down. I struggled with emotional eating and inconsistency, and like many moms, I often put myself last.
At the end of 2025 I decided something had to change. Not another diet or short burst of motivation, but a real shift in how I lived.
I decided to embody health and fitness as part of my identity.
Since then I’ve lost over 20 pounds and built a lifestyle centered around movement, simple nutrition, discipline, and time outside. Not perfectly, but consistently.
Here I share things that help make that lifestyle possible:

This space isn’t about perfection. It’s about building a life that feels strong, grounded, and real.
A life where I take care of myself, show up for my kids, and still make time to get outside and explore.
Because the days are long, the years are short, and I want to be strong enough to keep up with every adventure along the way.
